I've heard that Italian varieties are easier on the stomach for people looking to eat gluten free, is this a better option than American pastas?

I know this isnt gluten free. But is it better than US pastas that are made with modified wheat?

Absolutely! Most USA pastas don’t use heat germ. Wheat germ is the heart of the grain of wheat, rich in flavor and nourishing active ingredients. The wheat germ contains vitamins A, D, and E and also provides a wonderful aroma while cooking.

How many carbs are in these noodles?

The package says: Calories 200 (in 1/8 of 17.6 oz pkg), No saturated or trans fats; no cholesterol; protein 7 grams; total carbs: 42 grams, dietary fiber 1 gram; total sugars 3 grams; zero added sugars. 2% calcium, 3% potassium. This is my second Amazon order since returning from Tuscany recently. These are so different from any other pasta, are hand rolled and dried slowly. Only made in Tuscany.
