I have been using Optimum Nutrition Amino Energy for a few months now and I love it. It is a great pre-workout and energy booster that helps me get through my workouts and my day. It has a delicious fruit fusion flavor that mixes well with water and tastes refreshing. I like that it has green tea and green coffee extracts that provide natural caffeine and antioxidants. It also has BCAA and amino acids that support muscle recovery and endurance.
