I love the flavor of this honey. It’s also one of the few things that I went ahead and went through TikTok and saw the exact measurements of what I was supposed to do with this particular, honey and wild organic liquid drops.Bacopa . Doing the right combination this is supposed to help improve your memory in your brain activity. I’ve learned to go ahead and mix it with water cold in one of those protein shake plastic containers with the spray in it to make sure it blends well and I do not heat it up. I like it cold.

Sidr Honey Health Effects
This product is as advertised. My research indicates Sidr honey is used for its health benefits, specifically that it has certain antibacterial properties. I have had long-term low grade sinus infections which not have been addressed by the various antibiotics I have taken over the years. I have been eating this honey daily with yogurt for several months now, and the sinus problems seem to have cleared. Can't say for sure that it's this product, but am continuing with the honey because of the apparent results.
