Compré esta computadora en enero, en el mes de febrero me la traje a Nicaragua confiando en que era de buena calidad ya que el costo fue aproximado de $1600, la máquina se dañó, mientras la usaba con un 70% de batería se apagó y no volvió a encender. Quise hacer la devolución por Amazon los cuales me dieron un tiempo límite de siete días para devolverla incluyendo fin de semana, llegué a Fedex para realizar el envío el cual me cuesta $385, Amazon no se hace responsable por el envío ya que su política es que yo la saqué de Estados Unidos, confié en que era un producto de calidad no pensé que se me dañaría en dos meses , no recomiendo este producto, la calidad es mala y Amazon no te ayuda con el problema de evolución internacional. Me ofrecieron $20 para la devolución lo cual me parece irracional.

This laptop is a great device for gaming. I've been using it for about a month now, and most of the games I play I can run on at least high, if not ultra/max/whatever the highest graphical settings are. I sometimes have to tone it down, depending what I play. Screen quality is good, not really much to say about it. It has good brightness and a good 165hz refresh rate. The only real issue I had was when I first got it. The speaker on the right was very low and sounded tinny. Like if you've ever had a speaker go out in your car, but the tweeter still worked, it sounded about like that. I was considering returning it, but I decided to open it up to make sure everything was connected properly and found a tiny screw lodged lodged in the speaker. Once I removed it, the speaker worked like normal. I can only assume it fell in there during assembly, and I couldn't find any spots on the inside that appeared to have a missing screw. The sound quality on this machine isn't superb, but for me that's fine. If I need good sound quality, I'll put on a headset. This laptop does have a 2.5mm headphone jack, so if you like wired headphones, that's an option for you. If not, Bluetooth or a headset with a 2.4ghz USB receiver is also an option. Speaking of disassembly, this was easy enough to open, as well. Just have to remove several screws and carefully use a spudger to remove the back plate. Access to ram and the extra storage bay were about as easy as expected. It does get warm when gaming, but I think that's expected with gaming laptops these days. I haven't tested the battery life, but i marked it 3 stars because, from my understanding, its...pretty bad. But I can't imagine that will be an issue for most, unless for some reason you like to game on-the-go and don't have access to an outlet for whatever reason. All in all, I would recommend this laptop as a good mid-high tier gaming setup, if you prefer to use a laptop. Just keep in mind that the sound is probably the weakest point, so if you prefer to use your speakers instead of a headset, you might want to look elsewhere, but otherwise this is a pretty solid machine, in my personal experience.

This laptop sucks. Hardware is nice... keyboard is nice... The huge 230W power supply was an odd surprise, especially since you can't find a 2nd or 3rd one to have in your travel bag. I had to buy one from the UK and one from China to get spares. But the real issue is the audio hardware or drivers. I can't get a webcam to work ... video will work, but the mic won't work. Or the mic will work and the audio won't work. There is no driver support, I've updated everything, and rolled it back one at a time to see if I could find a combo that works. This one sucks. Don't buy it. My return window closed so I'm screwed. Waste of cash.

so that horrible feeling when you buy a laptop and get the delivery and the box seal is open...you decide to look at the condition anyway and all the screws are missing from the bottom case...yeah not fun and now I have to wait to re-order to get same deal until they get this device back as returned...so if I am lucky I will see its replacement in 2 weeks...I'm a student and my PC had died and this was a replacement, this now puts me back in progress with school...

a very good laptop, only downside is that it is very loud
