Having had a lot of trouble after having a Wisdom tooth removed I then developed bone splints which is where bits of bone work there way out of the gum from the top jaw after the tooth extraction.Made worse by taking Alondrolic acid tablets I got an infection in my top gum and had ( horrible 😫) antibiotics from my Dentist. Then I had another problem where my top teeth were hitting the bottom ones making the bottom feel unstable ( weird feeling they weren't lose but felt like about 4 teeth at the bottom felt like they were going to fall out and the gums were very receding.
