Manufacturing problem
Dear Fausto Team, I hope this email finds you well. I am a regular customer and generally find your product quality to be very nice. However, I have recently encountered a manufacturing defect with my new pair of Fausto shoes. Please find attached the copy of my invoice along with photos clearly showing the manufacturing issue for your reference.
