I've used two so far, after I did something to my lower back last week and it's been quite painful. I use the battery pack ones at home, but they're quite cumbersome so I prefer these belts for days I'm out or in the office as they are discreet and not at all bulky. I put on today's belt 12 hours ago and it is still hot - not just a bit warm, but hot! The belt is comfortable, smooth and stretchy, and the fastening secure. I'm so impressed! At this bargain price for 10 I hadn't expected them to be so good. I do something to my lower back 3 or 4 times a year, so I'm going to get another 10-pack to keep in stock so that I never need to make an expensive panic buy in the shop again!
