We love this stuff!
Great stuff. It helps we old folks sleep and it works. The latest bag we got is a much finer, almost flour like, powder. It dissolves much easier. Our previous bag, from same company, was granulated similar to sugar. It took a few minutes to dissolve in cool liquid. It really helps us sleep. I use as sweetener in morning coffee and then in water before bed.
