True review , Bought it December 18,2025 . I experienced my first seb derm flare at 15, I’m now 31 dealing with it much better than before . My issue this time around was treating the scaling and dryness after shampooing since I’ve been able to keep the buildup to a minimum with selenium sulfide shampoo or salicylic acid shampoo combined with a scalp scrubber. I was using aloe Vera for dryness but that kept the dry scaling at bay for only 1 day . I posted this review on my first day of using Royce derm, I’ve seen a major improvement with keeping the dry scaling away but also giving my natural pigment within one use since It spread around my scalp and hairline . First day I used it and it’s worth every dollar , quality is amazing and it works for real . I was definitely skeptical because seb derm is such a benign condition but I mean it when I say complete difference on the first day . I do advise using it 2 or 3 times for the first day , but again it’s my first day using it and I’m confident it’s going to work out. Edit December 22,2025 I’m pretty much back to normal skin again. I’m using Royce derm twice a day . Still keeping up with my shampoo regimen T/Gel or Selenium sulfide. EDIT JAN 28,2026 Complete remission , color pigment normal, flares reduced to none . Can feel normal healthy skin growth in use to be flare areas . It’s worth it

I have been struggling w psoriasis for almost 20 yrs. I’ve been taking meds for it past 10. I finally quit those because I was getting so so so sick and started TCM. But my scalp psoriasis was CRAZY bad. I happened to come across a TTr who suggested. All I gotta say is, it is worth every penny!!! Every penny!!! I stopped losing my hair AND the red and scales are going away. I’m only on day 4. Buy it. Wash scalp as best as possible, put this on then blow dry as usual. Because damp is not our friend. Lol

This stuff is amazing. Does the trick. Cool and soothing too. This was the second time I bought it.

This product is like a miracle. I was concerned with how it burned at the first application but it cooled after a few minutes. I did have scratches due to the severe itching, so that likely why it burned on the first use. Each application afterwards has been much better and it is now a menthol type cooling sensation. My flaky patches and itching was much better after only two days. One week and I believe my skin is back to normal. I also bought their face cream because I am afraid of putting this cream around my eyes.

I've had a dry scaly face for weeks. Itched. Hurt. Looked terrible. After the first application I felt relief and would recommend this 100%. LOVE.

Update 10/15/23 1.5 months later : my hair is continuing to FALL OUT!!! I have HUGE BALD SPOTS on the top of my head, right up front, for me all the all the world to see! This heartbreaking!! As a woman, our hair is our femininity; without makeup, our hair adds to how we feel about ourselves. Meaning, makeup sure helps many of us feel good about our appearance; but it’s not a daily necessity- it enhances and isn’t a “must.” But our HAIR is not something we’re able to slap some makeup on and feel better. Our hair is vital to our self esteem and to have used this product only a handful of times and for it to continue to cause major hair loss months later is beyond infuriating!!!! It just doesn’t stop! After every shower I notice more and more hair loss and growing bald spots!!! I read that some folks actually diligently tested its ingredients and it contains steroids. Well, steroids applied directly to the scalp can and did cause my continuing hair loss!! I am LIVID!! And so regretful for having used this. My thick, healthy and shiny long blonde hair continues to fall out, leaving bald spots front and center. It’s just heartbreaking. Please y’all, DO NOT USE THIS ON OR NEAR YOUR SCALP like I did after seeing all the good reviews of those who used it directly on their scalp!!! I am so upset as I write this because my hair is falling out in huge clumps after applying all of 4-5x!!! I’ve washed it twice since applying it now and each time my hair falls out in clumps!! Then when brushing after washing my brush is so full of hair I have to clean it!! Today, second wash, after drying I see tiny clumps of hair sticking straight up!! It broke off my beautiful long hair!!! Luckily my hair is very long and thick but I am PISSED!!!! Also it didn’t help one bit, it exacerbated my dermatitis!! Now I have huge scaly patches. Those are turning into sores!!!

They changed the active ingredient to salicylic acid from the 1st time i ordered it and now it Won't work for me bc salicylic acid irritates my skin but the sellers responded and offered a refund which I appreciate so changed review to 3 stars from 1 star. Wish I knew why they changed the formula.

Roycederm, has been very helpful in the aid of my scalp problem. I will continue to use it.
