I have been struggling with seborrheic dermatitis for a while. This cream cleared it up in days! The most effective skin care product I’ve ever used.

Cuss., Kochia Scoparia, Dictamni Cortex, Smilax Glabra Roxb, Solidago Decurrens, Phellodendron Amurense Ruprecht. ________________________________________ I have had a month-long sensitivity reaction on my upper arms that gets worse after hot showers and sometimes stays red through the day. I picked up this set to see whether either step would help calm things down. CALMING SERUM: The serum does not have a strong scent. It leaves a tacky residue, so I put a mild body cream over it after it dries. The ingredients are mainly soothing and hydrating rather than treatment-level actives for seborrheic dermatitis or psoriasis—and it does feel somewhat soothing on my skin and doesn’t cause any additional inflammation. TREATMENT CREAM: The cream has a harsh scent and leaves my skin extremely sticky. Because of that, I avoid using it during the day so it does not stick to my clothes, and I avoid it at night so it does not stick to my sheets. This cream contains a therapeutic 3% salicylic acid concentration, which is the active used to treat seborrheic dermatitis and psoriasis. Since that is not the issue I am dealing with on my arms, I am setting it aside I have seen some of the red seem to calm since I started using the serum, though I haven’t seen as significant changes as I had hoped. I’m only five days in though, and have not been consistent with twice-daily use. Since it does seem to be calming the inflammation somewhat, I plan on giving more consistent application a try for a bit.

True review , Bought it December 18,2025 . I experienced my first seb derm flare at 15, I’m now 31 dealing with it much better than before . My issue this time around was treating the scaling and dryness after shampooing since I’ve been able to keep the buildup to a minimum with selenium sulfide shampoo or salicylic acid shampoo combined with a scalp scrubber. I was using aloe Vera for dryness but that kept the dry scaling at bay for only 1 day . I posted this review on my first day of using Royce derm, I’ve seen a major improvement with keeping the dry scaling away but also giving my natural pigment within one use since It spread around my scalp and hairline . First day I used it and it’s worth every dollar , quality is amazing and it works for real . I was definitely skeptical because seb derm is such a benign condition but I mean it when I say complete difference on the first day . I do advise using it 2 or 3 times for the first day , but again it’s my first day using it and I’m confident it’s going to work out. Edit December 22,2025 I’m pretty much back to normal skin again. I’m using Royce derm twice a day . Still keeping up with my shampoo regimen T/Gel or Selenium sulfide. EDIT JAN 28,2026 Complete remission , color pigment normal, flares reduced to none . Can feel normal healthy skin growth in use to be flare areas . It’s worth it Edit July 8 2026 I could have posted this awhile ago. By may 2026 I would say my reoccurring flares of build up have completely disappeared. And now in July, I forget to use the cream because the flares are non existent. So I would say I’m good , and this product did its job . Review complete !!!

This product is like a miracle. I was concerned with how it burned at the first application but it cooled after a few minutes. I did have scratches due to the severe itching, so that likely why it burned on the first use. Each application afterwards has been much better and it is now a menthol type cooling sensation. My flaky patches and itching was much better after only two days. One week and I believe my skin is back to normal. I also bought their face cream because I am afraid of putting this cream around my eyes.

Update 10/15/23 1.5 months later : my hair is continuing to FALL OUT!!! I have HUGE BALD SPOTS on the top of my head, right up front, for me all the all the world to see! This heartbreaking!! As a woman, our hair is our femininity; without makeup, our hair adds to how we feel about ourselves. Meaning, makeup sure helps many of us feel good about our appearance; but it’s not a daily necessity- it enhances and isn’t a “must.” But our HAIR is not something we’re able to slap some makeup on and feel better. Our hair is vital to our self esteem and to have used this product only a handful of times and for it to continue to cause major hair loss months later is beyond infuriating!!!! It just doesn’t stop! After every shower I notice more and more hair loss and growing bald spots!!! I read that some folks actually diligently tested its ingredients and it contains steroids. Well, steroids applied directly to the scalp can and did cause my continuing hair loss!! I am LIVID!! And so regretful for having used this. My thick, healthy and shiny long blonde hair continues to fall out, leaving bald spots front and center. It’s just heartbreaking. Please y’all, DO NOT USE THIS ON OR NEAR YOUR SCALP like I did after seeing all the good reviews of those who used it directly on their scalp!!! I am so upset as I write this because my hair is falling out in huge clumps after applying all of 4-5x!!! I’ve washed it twice since applying it now and each time my hair falls out in clumps!! Then when brushing after washing my brush is so full of hair I have to clean it!! Today, second wash, after drying I see tiny clumps of hair sticking straight up!! It broke off my beautiful long hair!!! Luckily my hair is very long and thick but I am PISSED!!!! Also it didn’t help one bit, it exacerbated my dermatitis!! Now I have huge scaly patches. Those are turning into sores!!!

Thick and creamy texture, moisturizing applies on well, but doesn’t clear things up as fast as advertised when i saw. I use consistently and doesn’t help much. Good size for the amount it’s worth.

Not much to say. I deal with dermatitis here and there (generally from exposure to synthetic fabrics.) This is my "go-to" solution for redness / irritation.
