I’ve been using this for a few weeks. It absolutely has helped me with the following: -sleep! Falling asleep and staying asleep. I was taking a melatonin/ashwagna supplement which was helping me fall asleep but not stay asleep. One week of taking 4 pills at night plus a new mattress cover and I am sleeping through the night. No more constant tossing/turning. -Weight loss! Since taking these supplements I have been loosing weight very easily without changing what I am doing. My job is very active and I’m on my feet sometimes doing 5/6 miles a shift. Only overweight by 15/20 pounds so these couples pounds here and there consistently is making a difference -Regular poops! Since taking 200mg at night I literally poop every morning around the same time. I will continue taking these supplements but I wish they came in a higher dosage so I didn’t have to take so many.

I can see a big difference in my sleep when I take this supplement.

Works great

A CFS/Fibro doc recommended Jigsaw MagSRT B-Free, a time-released magnesium, to help with energy, pain, etc. I've been taking 1 capsule (which is a fraction of the recommended dose) of that during the day for a month or two and it's awesome. But, I still needed to increase my magnesium intake so I decided to add Jigsaw MagPure Glycinate at night since I've read that form of magnesium is good for sleep. So, after the malate wore off I tried 1 capsule of this Glycinate (50 mg) late one night. It hit me fast like a ton of bricks. I didn't pass out but I felt very weak, tired, etc. Slept great, but still, it hit hard and I'm glad I was home when I tried it. I got the same reaction the next 2 nights. People with health issues like mine tend to be more sensitive to some drugs/supplements than others, but still, I highly advise you read and follow the instructions with this. I contacted Jigsaw & they said it's fine to open the capsule & remove part of the contents to decrease the dose or to mix it in applesauce or whatever - this works much better for me than taking the full 50 mg. So, MagSRT & Glycinate both work well for me now. Customer Service responded quickly btw.

This magnesium is great. I tried a different brand of magnesium a while ago and I liked how relaxed it made me feel, but it always made my stomach hurt, so I had to stop taking it. Jigsaw is just as relaxing and it doesn’t hurt my stomach. I highly recommend it.

Always as advertised including delivery time

I have tried other Magnesium Glycinate pills and they were too strong for me and made me way too sleepy all day. The dosage of these are perfect for those of us smaller/more sensitive to meds people. I feel much more calm without the terrible sleepiness of the 100mg pills.
