Can it be moved between vehicles?

Yes it can be moved between vehicles. One suggestion, if you have not already purchased do yourself a favor and search Google reviews on 622GW camera freezing up and Nextbase not honoring warranty like they did me on a 3 month old camera. I now have a camera I cannot use because it cannot be trusted to be recording when I need it.

How long the battery can hold?

It has to be connected to car’s power supply. Otherwise, will power off in seconds

I have a pick up truck does the rear camera have to be mounted in the cab or can I mount it outside the cab on the rear bumper

It must be mounted inside, as it is not waterproof.

Why does the 128 gig sd card add $100 to the price? seems like a very expensive card!!!

You have to have a High speed card so the video recordings are a high quality.
