So do the bottles still have black sediment in the bottom making it undrinkable? Plus can’t return or get your money back

Never experienced black sediment in the bottle, so cannot answer that part of your question. No you cannot return the bottle. It's plastic and therefore disposable.

Does the stain from it stay after being shaken, yes, I posted pictures on my review. Plus at our local Wegmans the bottles all have same issue.

If you mean at the bottom of the bottle…..I give it a good shake at first, then when I reach the bottom of the bottle I rinse it and put it in my glass to drink.
