A Good Creatine Option for My Daily Routine
I’ve been using Nutricost Women Creatine Monohydrate as part of my routine, and so far I’m very satisfied with it. I like that it is creatine monohydrate and that the product is simple and easy to incorporate into my daily routine. It tastes bad but it’s worth it
It works. This is my first time ever taking Creatine and saw results in a week. They were slight but they were there. Now as for the taste of it, it’s nasty like you can taste the cranberry but there’s like a salty taste to it. It taste better with lemonade. Water makes it emphasize on the flavor that isn’t there.

Love that this creatine was made for women. The additional ingredient of dandelion root is great if you are concerned about bloating. As for taste go with the unflavored so I can mix it with anything.

Loving it!
I’ve been taking this creatine for about a month now and i’ve really enjoyed it. I’ve noticed my lower and upper body getting so much more muscle definition. Keep in mind you have to put in the work and this is just gonna help you out with muscle growth. Also it takes 2-4 weeks for it to also start working so be patient. I got the unflavored and i just mix it in with my oxyshred and i don’t find that it changes the flavor at all. You do have to really shake your shaker cup real good so you don’t get the gritty stuff at the end but 10/10 would recommend and i’ll get a new jar once i’m out.
