I have been taking the Dream blend on and off for years. I have suffered with restless and broken sleep issues for years. I find when I take this two hours before desired bedtime I gently just feel ready to go to bed. Not drowsy. In fact the effects seem very subtle yet they are also very deep. Sleep quality improved. Better deeper sleep. I am highly sensitive to all things and I have found no issues whatsoever with this product, it is gentle on stomach. I enjoy the taste. And look forward to my bedtime drink. It is very easy to use. Stir a small teaspoon into hot (not boiling) water and stir well. Then sip at your leisure. Hybrid Herbs is a brand I trust infinitely. They are a brand of high integrity and exceptionally high standards. I researched for a very long time before I found them. Many of their products have a 10:1 potency. There is a lot of very useful information about the products on their website (if you are a geek like me) and want to understand the wide ranging benefits of the potent plant based ingredients and their history. I now buy refills from Amazon. But I originally bought from their website and ordered a pot (shown in photo). I now top up my pot with the refill sachet. ☺️ Hope this was helpful to someone

Good quality reishi mushroom powder that’s easy to add to drinks or smoothies. The powder mixes reasonably well and has the typical earthy taste you expect from reishi. It’s convenient having it in a concentrated 10X form, so a small amount goes a long way. Whenever I use this I have a great nights sleep with zero after effect issues. I mix it with other drinks and it tastes nice. I do wake up feeling full of energy from a good nights sleep ready to go.

Buy tremela power and wonder why it smelled just like normal mushrooms, well this one needs concentrated and extracted well so it tastes like a rice pudding flavour which this one contains, time health had one which tasted just as good but they stopped, another brand is on amazon but so far all I can say is this is a great tasting product you dont wanna use lots of in a protein shake, vanilla yellow split pea and stevia, monk fruit and Thaumatin and also inulin for natural sweeteners which wont destroy your gut microbiome like sucralose does. I focus on not using anything which induces glucolysis so my cells are under less stess then i have some sugars again but yeah, im into logevity, final year bio chemisty student but studying pharmacology and medicine since I was 17 but like just for me, I never did chemistry in high school so I could do IT or brick laying but at 27 I found out I could do school again so like all my studying might have an end goal of saving lives through the masters I wanna do in drug discovery. Unfortunately, there’s no way to verify an extract ratio claim unless there’s also a specification of the main marker compound(s). An extract ratio like ‘10:1’ is just a claim, a specification of a marker compound -like 50% beta-glucans- however is a fact, at least when it’s supported by a lab test report. The most important marker compound is beta-glucan, which is present in all mushrooms. Beta-glucan should be specified on the label. However, it is so, that some mushrooms, (in particular Lion’s Mane) are rich in insoluble marker compounds. In that case a concentrated (‘10:1’ means 90% of contents was filtered out) extract will be weaker than a 1:1 extract. Soil Association Certified Organic - This is mentioned in the product details as a third-party certification however -‘Organic’ is not a guarantee for quality or safety. For instance, ‘certified organic’ is not a guarantee no heavy metals are present. Mushrooms accumulate heavy metals and heavy metals are found in all soils. Levels of heavy metals should be covered in a lab test report. The ‘USDA Certified Organic organization’ (and their international counterparts) does not test anything, it is all about paperwork. If the farm can prove they’re not using certain pesticides they get their certificate and that’s it. Nothing is being tested. There might be one onsite inspection every year, but they don't have any lab equipment nor do any actual testing. They don’t have and don’t use labs. They look at documentation and verify compliance. The product description emphasises quality claims like "100% certified organic fruiting bodies" and "10:1 extract," but I don't see specific mention of additional third-party testing certifications for purity, potency, or contaminants in the available product information. IMPORTANCE OF THIRD PARTY TESTING The only way to be sure that a mushroom product has been extracted, and that the key active compounds are bioavailable, is through lab test reports.Otherwise its jus ta claim and the motive is marketing and profit for seller dis regarding the needs of the purchaser... Companies should test their mushroom extracts through an independent testing company and share the reports of the percentage of active compounds found in each product with the public, so consumers can be sure of what they are purchasing and consuming. This company doesnt yet... Be sure to look at the back of the medicinal mushroom package for the 'supplements fact label' as companies are legally obliged to state the truth on it. There are different legal obligations on websites, so companies can make grand claims on their website, which the product does not match. The label should include the extraction method and the percentage of active compounds.

If you are considering buying this product, you are likely looking for something to make you feel better. As a disabled person, I had an unexpected reaction to this powder. Although I don’t have any heart problems, this powder made my heart feel like it wanted to jump out of my chest. I experienced palpitations despite using less than the prescribed amount. I tried it for a few days with the same result each time. Initially, I wasn’t sure what was causing the issue, so I tried it again after a good night’s sleep, but the same thing happened. On the third try, I realized this product is not for me. It is undeniably powerful, so please think twice and use it at your own risk. Flavor-wise, it’s okay. It is easy to consume, mixes well with water, and has a very earthy flavor. Unfortunately, this product is not approved by VGT UK.
