Haven’t used this long but someone already commented that my memory seems to be improving. I’ll continue to use it.

I and my husband both use it, definitely feel the difference, less fog, more sharpness, better memory. I do recommend, 2 capsules in the morning with or without food.

I got this product almost 2 weeks ago and I am very satisfied with this product, I have more regular energy that I haven’t felt before in many years, natural energy. So far im very satisfied, about the memory I think it takes a bit more time to be able to tell.

**Taken in conjunction with a plant based diet and Vitamin D supplement (by Nordic Naturals)** No one has existed who is more skeptical than me about 'snake oil'. I laugh when I walk past the aisles of "herbal medicines". I snark at people who have supplements lined up in their kitchen to take on a daily basis. I scoff at products not approved by the FDA. I said ABSOLUTELY NOT when it was mentioned that I should try this product. First of all, I have MS. Second of all, I changed my diet to a plant-based diet to help improve my quality of life several months ago. I was doing much better. The garbage that is processed food - well, we are just poisoning our health IMO. So, why bother with Lion's Mane if I am doing better? Because I wanted help with nerve support. I wanted memory support and I wanted the beneficial effects alleged by this mushroom. Most of all, I was under pressure from my spouse to give this product a try based on his research. I finally succumbed to the pressure. I couldn't wait to tell him that this product was garbage and that it did nothing for me. I took a capsule (just one) each day. I was so eager to laugh in his face and jab at him repeatedly how he had wasted our money. I was crafting my put-downs in my mind. My sarcasm was crushed with the results. I was simply, plainly wrong. For someone who got up at 7 in the morning, I was typically exhausted by 1 pm. After a few days of this Lion's Mane, I was doing jumping jacks at 2 am. And I don't even like jumping jacks given my large bosom! But I just felt............fantastic! I am energized, focused, clear-minded, feeling positive. And let me tell you, I am renovating the house and feeling down about events in the world so it is not like I am in some happy place. We are asked here on Amazon Reviews to give honest feedback and that is all I can offer you. I only know one thing: I don't want to live without this product.
