The toilet was easy for my contractor to install, though he had never seen this kind of toilet before. The toilet doesn't seem to use a lot of water on flush, which I really like. The foot tap to flush feature is the best, as well as the night light - really great for kids as well. I also love the soft close seat and lid. We bought this toilet mostly for the bidet feature but all of the features are really useful. And most importantly, everything can be turned on or off with a button to your specific preferences, this includes: - entire toilet can be turned off - pre-washing (which rinses the bowl when you first sit down) - automatic flushing - seat heating - water bidet heating The instruction manual could be improved, as it's not super clear how to turn on and off all of these functions, however when I reached out to the company, they immediately gave me all the information I needed to set it up how I want. I would highly recommend this toilet. We have now had it installed for 2 months and it continues to operate perfectly.

Tenía tiempo que quería un baño así, al "estilo japonés" y aunque parece que no cambiaría gran cosa en el día a día, la verdad es que si lo hace. Fue fácil de instalar, funciona a la perfección. La luz se prende y apaga en automático, el sensor para el pie funciona sin problemas, los sensores del asiento y los botones responden siempre en tiempo y forma. Dura más tiempo limpio qué los precios que teníamos. Estoy muy contento con este baño, lo recomiendo.

This is the second one I bought. First one installed about 6 months ago and worked so well. This one is even better with battery back up in case of power failure. I now removed 2 stars because I just had a power failure and found out the power off flush does not work. I'm in contact with EPLO support and sent them the video of the issue. Note that you have to pay for shipping to return this item. Update: I have bring back to 5 stars. The manual did not mention that automatic flush does not work with power outage. To use power off flush, you have to push the side flush button to manually activated the flush. The foot switch or remote will not work. This means sense without AC power only the flush mechanism works with the battery. The EPLO tech support is very fast responsive. I'm all happy with this toilet.

The EPLO smart toilet was a great choice. It provides great functionality, tons of convenient features and modern looks at a 'really nice' price. But, above all, it comes with an excellent customer service attached. Bought it two years+ ago and the water flow started to diminish, so I contacted them and right away they responded and provided me with a solution to the problem, sent clear instructions on how to fix it, along with the parts I needed to replace in order to regain functionality, at no cost! I greatly recommend this product if you are searching for a smart toilet that brings modern looks and functionality to your house without 'braking the bank'.

Okay here it goes you have to buy this! First let me start by saying we have had bidet toilet seats in the past, they're great but this time around we decided to splurge and I'm so glad that we did. Much less bulky and much more comfortable than an add-on to an existing toilet initially we had some concerns what if it breaks what if it malfunctions will never be able to reach the company well that's not the case so far it's in for a month now and it's absolutely perfect all the features work without any issues. When we first unboxed it we couldn't locate the remote I figured that's it it's all over but nope sent a note and within hours literally overnight I received a very pleasantly written email assuring me that a new remote was on its way to me in the mail expedited and I literally received it within 48 hours no questions asked no hassle just terrific customer service if only everything was like this. Back to the bidet itself: everything works as it should nothing better than a heated toilet seat other than maybe the instant hot water that was absolute perk all the buttons and features make it a luxury experience I think we'll have to put one in every room of the house price be damned folks spend more than this on cell phones which don't do anything for your health but this .. just wonderful worth every penny. We researched others and this has similar features if not more than some of the three and $4,000 models. One thing I would like to see is if the remote control could light up that would be helpful if it had a constant glow that would really make it much more functional especially at night but the toilet light that stays on is perfect no more glaring light in your eyes it's just enough glow with the lid down to see your way around the bathroom it's absolutely perfect. Overall great product excellent price and customer service the way it's supposed to be! don't hesitate on this
