My dog loved this and keeps her breath fresh

My dog absolutely loves these dental treats and gets so excited at night she practically does a happy dance! We even use code names for these, because she gets so excited when she hears the name. The bite-sized pieces are soft but not crumbly and perfect for a tasty dental treat each night. They smell great without being overpowering and I feel good about the ingredients list- much shorter than other brands. The resealable bag was handy but the zipper could seal a bit tighter. By the end of the bag, we usually have to switch them to a zipper bag because this one no longer zips. Overall these treats have become a nightly favorite for my pup. forever a fan!

My dogs love these. I was looking for something that was a dental chew that wasn’t full of unnecessary ingredients. I have bulldogs who have skin allergies. I try to keep their diet clean to keep the skin irritation down. These keep their teeth clean and they are so excited to get. No signs of causing skin allergies. Highly recommend.

Our dogs enjoy these treats that do help their breath in the short turn. They are soft enough for to easily chew them. They are a little pricey so they only receive them occasionally.

Both our Miniature Dachshunds liked these, but unfortunately they made one of them sick. We took them away for a few days and she got better, then got diarrhea and started vomiting when we introduced them again, then she got better when we took them away, and then we tried one more time and she got sick again, so we are sure these were the problem. We went back to our old chews, which cost quite a bit more, but she has been fine for a couple weeks now. I gave three stars because the dogs liked the taste and the other dog did not get sick from them. I think that's just going to happen sometimes. I can't speak of the effectiveness of them since we didn't use them long enough. To simplify things, we are just going back to the old chews. I am sure most dogs will be fine with these, but it’s worth it for us to spend a little more and stick with what we know works.

I cannot say enough good things about Merrick as a brand, my dogs devour their bowls of food as well as any treat I seem to give them that is Merrick brand. It is reassuring to know that I am feeding my dogs healthy foods from a company that doesn't value it's image more than it's buyers. As for these fresh kisses, my dogs love them. When we first got our dog we gave him the ""denti-stix" fromI think pedigree, but more than once he vomited them up. I did some research into dog food and treat brands and learned all about the health risks of a lot of the big brand names. We know our pups (both chihuahua mixes) have sensitive tummies, and these don't bother them at all. Plus they really do make their breath smell like minty coconuts (for a period of time). Be warned, if you have light colored upholstery or bedding and your dog decides to chew their fresh kisses treat on top of them like mine have done, you will need to wash them as the green from the treat does bleed while they're chewing it for a long time. BUT that is not really a negative, more just dogs being a general mess. All in all, when my dogs hear me rustling the bag of these they come running, they love them.
