No...water seeps through the laces...

what size replacement laces do I need to buy

Sorry, I have no idea. I have worn these boots for many years,/4 pair and I have never needed new laces. Put on and take off with the zipper. Laces stay tied. Also I have never had a zipper failure with the several pair I have owned.
