Item is very good. However the package came torn with item exposed. Since it is a bottle could have been damaged. So 3 stars. It is a standard product so will buy again. Amazon should improve packaging

The packaging was very poor; half of the Gulkand was lost due to leakage. The lid of the bottle was not applied properly.
