I received the player, and it works perfectly. I generally do not look at the manual, except for reference but I thought I would read it through to familiarize myself with all the features. While reading through the manual, I stumbled across some of the most comical uses of the English language such as treasures like "When the DVD have unusual sound and smell such as splintering and poop, please witch off the power line as soon as possible." A stand up comedian could just read this manual to the audience and have them howling with laughter. It's worth buying for the comical value of the user's manual alone.

The games are great, but the unit is flimsy and light with horrible sound. The cord is VERY short, so must be used with an extension cord. Next time I'll pay more for a better unit.edited:after trying the unit out I put it in my camper to use on trips. The next opportunity to use it was this past weekend. I charged it all day on Friday, knowing I wouldn't have electricity over the weekend. I tried to use it Friday night and it wouldn't turn on. I plugged it in to an inverter, thinking maybe it just didn't charge. Nope. It was never dropped or mistreated, its just totally, 100% a piece of garbage.

Bought this for my husband for Father's Day. As an over-the-road driver, it is just what he needed for when he has his ten hour break.
