Muscles are fuller and have a nice pump. Taste is nothing lol i mix it in with my pre so my pre workout flavor is all i taste. Mixes well no clumps. Can really tell the difference when i am taking vs when i ran out and stopped taking it. I loved the full pumped feel and look. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great *by F***M on 13 January 2020* Great product - will continue to use ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great Pump, Drink Tons of Water *by C***K on 12 September 2026* One scoop is all you need for a great pump! BE ADVISED In order for Glycerin to work and achieve a full pump, you should consume with a lot of water at the same time. Drink at least 24-36oz of water 30-60 mins before your workout. Without drinking lots of water with this supplement you will only get a very mild pump. ## Frequently Bought Together - CONTROLLED LABS GlycerGrow 2, Increase Cell Volume and Vascularity, Helps Improve Endurance, Growth, and Recovery, Helps Maintain Workout Intensity, 60 Servings, Unflavored - CONTROLLED LABS Orange Triad Daily Multivitamin, Iron Free Sports Supplement for Workout, Digestion, Immune, and Joints, 45 serv - Tablets - Nutricost Creatine Monohydrate Micronized Powder 500G, 5000mg Per Serv (5g) - 100 Servings, 17.9 Oz --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - πŸ›’ **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** β€” Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** β€” Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - πŸ’° **No Hidden Fees** β€” All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - πŸ”„ **15-Day Free Returns** β€” Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - πŸ”’ **Secure Payments** β€” Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** β€” Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.sn/products/430123406-controlled-labs-glycergrow-2-60-servinging-8-277-ounces](https://www.desertcart.sn/products/430123406-controlled-labs-glycergrow-2-60-servinging-8-277-ounces) --- *Product available on Desertcart Senegal* *Store origin: SN* *Last updated: 2026-10-18*
