Not function as advertise. It's easy to use, and stick well but not seal the leak Already cleaned the pipe and even leave it overnight after applying the tape to the pipe. However, water still come through. So this cannot be used with water pipe

A little pressure and it leaks

I live in Florida and this worked perfectly to keep flood waters out of my house during a hurricane. We'll worth the money as it saves all of my expensive electronics in my house.
