Perfect for me!!
I used to have long coffin tips which I would have to cut down, but noticed when I did so that it would flatten the C-curve of the nail and make them lose their coffin shape and become a little more square. But these are the PERFECT length for someone who is used longer nails but not ~super~ long (and if you aren't, this length is very easy to adjust to. i wipe just fine ;) ) so I no longer have to compromise shape to get the length that is most comfortable for my lifestyle. These also come pre-buffed so they attach really well to the natural nail, and they remove the quickest out of any apres dupe i've tried (soak in acetone for 10 minutes, scrape, soak for another 5-10 minutes, scrape, and it's usually all gone. any left is thin enough that it can be buffed/filed off). I've been using tips for over a year now and with trial and error have found the best way to keep my nails on for 4+ weeks with little to no lifting: Before doing anything, size your nails to see which size tips you will need for each one. if you write down the size that each of your nails needs the first time you use them, it's unlikely your nail beds will change in size and you won't have to spend 10+ minutes sizing your nails each time you sit down to do these. 1. proper nail prep- push back/remove cuticles (any cuticle remover will work, sally hansen is a popular one), buff, nail dehydrater (there are lots of these on the market, i honestly just wipe some acetone on my nails and it seems to work? im not a licensed tech though lol), nail primer 2.cure glue on natural nails- i use the beetles nail glue for these, and i do NOT use base gel. most glue bottles will say a base is 'optional' but it saves so much time to not use it and i honestly found my nails were staying on better once i stopped using base. apply a relatively thin layer so that it can cure properly under a lamp. 3. prep the tips (this can also be done before steps 1 or 2)- buff or file the base of the tip to fit your nail bed. i have a skinny, rounded cuticle area and most tips come with a rounded square base, so i shape them to better fit my nail beds. 4. prime the tips- yes, i use primer on the tips (but only the part that will go on my nail). a little goes a long way, and i shake the tip vigorously for ~5 seconds so the primer dries before adding glue 5. apply glue to tip- do NOT be shy with the glue (within reason). I used to not put enough glue on in the name of avoiding excess glue pooling out under the tip, and then they would lift within days. it's MUCH better to avoid air bubbles and have slightly unattractive pools of cured glue under your nail than to end up with air bubbles that will cause lifting 6. invest in a small LED or UV flash cure lamp so you can cure the tips one at a time. after curing glue on each of my nails, i can turn on the flash cure lamp, apply glue to one tip at a time and hold the tip down on my nail under the light for about ~10 seconds. this will NOT completely cure it, but itll secure the tip to the nail well enough that you can complete the application process before completely curing under your regular lamp. if there is any glue that pools out of the sides of the tip, the flash cure lamp also cures the gel but it stays soft, so its easy to lift off with a cuticle pusher or clip off with a cuticle clipper (i find that the latter actually works really well) 7. buff the tip- this will help the polish stay on. you do not need to put base gel on the tips! oil does not accumulate on a plastic tip the way it does on a natural nail, so base gel is not necessary

Great Quality Tips for At Home Application
I’ve had these tips on for a week and they are holding on strong! The shape is great, but it’s not medium length on my nails because I have short nail beds so I have to cut, and file them to a shorter length for myself. They hate definitely thin, so I used builder gel to give it some thickness. I’d recommend getting the shorter length if you have small, flat, short nail beds. I used builder gel to adhere the tip to my nail and I’ve been doing this for months it keeps my nails strong and I find this tip is a lot easier for me to adhere to my nails. I love love love all the sizes available because my pinky is tiny and the 11 size nail fits perfectly. I’d definitely recommend this set to anyone.

Time Savers!
Hard gel works best for me but my time is way more limited these days. I love the convenience of not having to sit and build my apex etc. I fill about every 3-4 weeks and do a polish/ design change before a full soak off and new set.

A bit large and wide
My nails are not too wide and the size of them is too wide needed to be filed from the sides to make them a bit narrower
