These sausage casings worked well for me. The texture is nice, not too thick or tough, and they give a good, natural bite once cooked without being chewy. The size is consistent, which makes stuffing much easier and helps the sausages come out uniform. They also didn’t have much smell or taste, which is a big plus. Overall, good quality casings with the right texture and size, and a great value for the price.

Very good, easy to work with!!

New to using it.Casing had a slight smell when you open it ,but keeping it in water helped. I had a sausage attachment for my kitchen aid and it created a lot more air inside casing.But in the end it was easy to use and twist,just takes practice. When frying sausage ,casing shrunk,so in the future I will leave more end space. Casing itself is edible and is not chewy or hard .
