Does what it's supposed to. I added weights to hold it to the bottom since tides in my area run about 7 feet. I rinse it off with fresh water after every use and it's holding up well.

These work great. Tie a chicken or turkey neck to the middle and wait. I love these nets and have used them since I was a kid 40 years ago. They never fail me. Just wash them down properly and store them in a dry place when you're not using them and they should last you a long time

Seems like the net would work but the outer hoop on mine broke right out of the box. The metal separated at the connection that makes it a loop. Not sure if the one I received had a defective weld or they just aren't that strong. Also keep in mind if the place you will be crabbing has any current this net will likely be swept away because it is so light. One of the reason that the price is so low is because it comes with just the net, no rope or buoys so keep that in mind when purchasing. Good luck crabbing!

I like this Crab trap because is not too big and is well made. I use this Crab trap when I go fishing for crabs in the ocean piers. It work pretty good and the price is also good. It is good for kids to try crab fishing and is easy to use too

Trap lasted 3 drops before the S hook used to tie on to trap disconnected and I pulled up an S hook with no trap. I am talking the bottom of the S hook which was factory assembled not the top where I tied the cord. Bottom line waste of money.
