Pigeon By Stovekraft Acer Plus Induction Cooktop 1800 W (Feather Touch)

I'm giving 5 stars so you people can read this and save from wasting money on garbage pigeon product. Absolutely pathetic product and disgusting customer service from Pigeon. I bought this induction cooktop on 8th September 2025 from Amazon and barely used it — maybe 2 or 3 times a month. Still, within just 4 months, the induction stopped working completely in February 2026. Imagine paying money for a product that can’t even survive occasional use. Since then, I’ve been continuously contacting Pigeon customer care because the product is under 1 year warranty, but these people are completely irresponsible and shameless. They just raise service tickets and close them themselves without fixing anything, without visiting, and without even contacting me properly. What kind of fraud service is this? And Amazon is equally useless in this case. Since April they have been fooling me around saying “you will get refund soon” again and again, but till now nothing has happened. Nobody wants to take responsibility after taking the customer’s money. This is honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with any brand. Cheap quality product, zero durability, garbage customer support, and complete waste of money. I strongly recommend everyone to stay away from Pigeon products unless you want mental stress and harassment after purchase.

Good quality and the controls are easy to use. It is weightless so easy to move around and carry while shifting places.

Very bad product and experience. Product started showing E6 error after 2 weeks. Raised a support ticket and no response yet from the team. Service partner assigned haven't yet reached out as well. Tried to reach their customer care to escalate the ticket and it took an hour long try to reach them. This kept me thinking whether their products are this cheap to have this much people calling their customer care with issues. Customer support told they have escalated and it's 2 days and still waiting support from the team.

I’ve been using this induction cooktop for over 2 years now, and it has never given me a single issue. Cooking is much faster compared to a regular gas stove, and the built-in timer feature is a real game changer for me. I’ve been so impressed with it that I’ve purchased this same model three times as gifts for family members—and none of them have faced any problems either. Pros:- 1. Touch buttons – Super easy to clean, and no worries about accidental spills damaging it. My old induction had mechanical buttons which eventually stopped working, but this one has been flawless. 2. Energy-efficient – I actually calculated the cost, and it turns out cheaper than using a gas cylinder. 3. Accurate heating levels – Works well for all kinds of cooking, from simmering to frying. 4. Safe & user-friendly – Perfect for anyone, even beginners. Cons: At my mother-in-law’s place, the unit once stopped working because of heavy voltage fluctuations. However, after changing the wire and stabilizing the power supply, it started working fine again. So the issue wasn’t really with the induction itself, but with the electricity. Overall, this it is reliable and efficient! 😄

I would say in this LPG crisis this won’t help a family, never. Whenever i do 1800W it gets hot easily then gives a warning beeps for 10 seconds in which the cooktop wont make the pan heat, i make roti in 10 days 🫪
