Natural Weight Loss Support
In the world of GLP-1 medications being the go-to weight loss solution for so many, I wanted something different. I started using this when I hit a weight loss plateau while using Noom and it helped me move past the plateau. I take it about 15 minutes before my first meal of the day. I don’t find that it suppresses my appetite, but I do find that I don’t overeat. It just feels supportive for minimizing food noise and nourishing my body.

Haven’t taken long enough to see weight loss yet, but a few days in, I can say it does help a lot with hunger control! The only thing is it contains only 30 pills and I do need to take it twice a day. Otherwise I love it & will continue!

Great to boost energy
I bought it for weight loss but I'm keeping it for energy. I used to be super sleepy especially when driving. Not anymore. From several cups of coffee a day down to two if I had a bad night or just one cup if I got actual rest. A literal life saver. 🔥

Appetite Suppressant
So far I’ve taken this for a few days. I take it along with berberine and morosil and I’ve already lost 2lbs. I take it in the mornings prior to breakfast. It definitely curves my cravings and suppresses appetite. I don’t even feel hungry for breakfast and for lunch I’ve been eating half the portions I usually eat because I feel full faster. Definitely drink a lot of water. No side effects.
