Are these compatible with the original Picasso Tiles?

They do NOT work with the regular size Picasso Tiles at all, too late for us so we will just keep as a travel set in the camper but hoping to save some others the hassle.

Is this phalate free?

Spelled phthalate. Took five seconds to look up. Answer is yes- the tiles are free from phthalates.

Does the "mini" mean that the tiles are smaller than normal size OR that the set has a smaller number of pieces?

It says “travel size” and “on the go” which I would take to mean smaller… perhaps both in size AND quantity… but I don’t really know for sure… is there a way to contact the manufacturer?

Is this ok for 7y old child?

I bought these for my 6 and 8 year old and they love them. I had to buy more because they starting fighting over them. They have hours of fun building all kinds of things with them.
