These were too strong for me
I have EPI, it's a condition where I have trouble breaking down food and it effects my stomach. I tried these and they do work but they were too strong for me and I got extremely constipated to the point I thought I had to go to the hospital. I realize everyone is different, everyones body is different so I gave this 4 stars because it did work as in I didn't have my previous stomach issues but I just couldn't handle these unfortunately.
