Good slim fans for tight ITX builds—just make sure you’ve got enough power splitters
I picked up three of these GDSTIME 80mm x 10mm fans for my Silver Stone mini-ITX case (SG13) since it’s the only fan size that really fits in there. I’m using two as exhaust fans out the top and one for side intake. These fans are slim, which is perfect for small cases where normal 80x15mm, or 92x15mm fans just won’t work. The fans work well and are pretty quiet. they push more air flow out an into my ITX case and I noticed temps drop for 55-65c all the way down to 35c. The only issue I ran into is more about my case’s wiring and not the fans themselves: if you try to power all three fans off a single header or cheap splitter (especially sharing with an AIO pump), you can end up with not enough voltage, one of my fans powered down. The other two are working fine because they’re plugged into a different header and splitter. You can run these fans off two pins, and they’ll just spin at full speed, which is fine for most setups. Just make sure you have a good fan splitter or hub that can handle three fans at once, or split them across different headers. Running them all off one header is too much for most motherboards, especially in small cases where you also have an AIO cooler. I’m still troubleshooting the one fan that turned off, it could just be a loose wire from moving the case, but overall the other two are running great. If you need slim, quiet 80mm fans for a compact build, these do the job. Just double-check your wiring and power setup. Don't know how long they will last but I have had them for several weeks and they seem to be running fine except for the one that powered off, I still have to figure out why it did but I am pretty sure it isn't dead its likely a loose cable or power delivery issues.

A quick and great fix for my cooling fan in my Acer computer that is only 2 months old
I bought a low end Acer Aspire (new not re-conditioned) computer in Dec 2025 (all we needed a basic faster computer than what we had in our 13 year old Dell), the computer was making a buzzing noise that got louder after about 1 month. I called Acer they said they couldn't send me a new fan, I would have to drop off at an authorized agent to fix it would take 5-10 days without a computer.?????????? Well I am not tecnical at all, but I figured it was probably the fan, took the cover off of the computer disconnected the fan, a simple connector, and low and behold the noise stopped. I measured the fan dimensions ordered this part (2 fans for $9.00) took the old fan out replaced with the new fan from GDSTIME and the computer is now quiet. (If this fan goes, I have another ready, a $4.50 fix) I would never buy another Acer computer the first week I had to buy a new mouse, again amazon came through with a $5.00 mouse that works perfectly. The ACER computer product is the last Acer I will ever buy, and will be telling everyone I know to stay away from Acer as well

Even little fans help
Once I got the mother board to recognize them they work great and fit the small opening in the case perfectly. Every little bit of cooling helps. There is little to no noise and are easy to connect.

For a small fan these move a lot of air and generate a lot of noise. NO free lunch, eh?
Fortunately my use of these fans is for a remote location where I only need a decent amount of air movement and where quiet operation isn't a concern. But if you intend to be within earshot ... I'd suggest hearing protection ... or a big bottle of Excedrin. Top be fair(er) about it ... they're running at full speed with no PWM controls.

Works well for my needs
Hardware wasn’t OEM match but I was able to reuse some parts and it fit fine in my NVR

Super quiet! Only 51 db noise vs 62 db from Winsinn
I replaced the cooling fan in my camera DVR about a year ago with a Winsinn 4020, which was unbearably loud, even in a closet with the door closed. Finally had enough and replaced the Winsinn with this one. Using a sound meter phone app, the Winsinn produced about 62 dB of noise, and this GDSTime runs at a stealthy 51 dB. Now with the DVR in same closet, I can't even hear the fan running at my desk. Sanity has returned.

Works great for a slimline CPU fan.
I have a 14yo arcade tabletop machine with an old PC in it that had a very noisy fan. This one was a perfect fit, as it had to attach to the top of the aluminium heatsink, while having enough clearance to avoid hitting the jamma daughter board that was mounted around (and almost on top of) the fan itself. This new fan is much quieter than the old one.

Super quiet fan
Super quiet fan even when at full-speed 5000 RPM. Haven't noticed any fault yet. Time will tell how reliable the fan will last but seems to be good build quality.

Ruido muy reducido y con buen flujo.
Pues asà que huy que silenciosos pues no, pero si son mucho más callados que otros, eso sà tienen buen flujo y son muy delgados por lo que no estorban para nada.
