Best of what the industry has to offer
After living in Belgium for four years it became apparent that in Belgium its not common to have a bidet at home, but I knew that I wanted a built-in bidet for my kids to stop chafing their butts with dry paper. I also wanted to have a well-working, comfortable and maintenance-free solution, so I opted for the Japanese de-facto industry standard: Toto. Sadly enough, Toto does not sell its Washlets in Europe, only complete toilet units, which start from 5k EUR. So I went through the trouble of ordering a washlet from US, got a transformer and a fitting adapter, and all for the comfort of my kid's butts. In total with installing a three-way valve it cost me about 750 EUR. Was it worth it? Absolutely. Am I happy? You bet. The only thing I could wish for is for the seat to have a bigger opening, because since I'm a big person, I cant keep my tool from touching the front wall of the bowl when I use it for no. 2, but for the kids its perfect. For those windering the transformer I used was a Bronson++ TI 500 and the adapter fitting I had to order has the Toto part no. THP3141

If you want to use a filter with your washlet, you need one of these
Just got myself a K300 Toto washlet. Love it. But my house has hard water, and that meant if I didn't want sediment messing with the internals, or gross buildup, I was going to need to run an inline water filter between the source and the washlet. This is the right attachment. You hook up the female end of the water filter to the T-adapter included with your washlet, and then you screw this onto the male end of the water filter. From there, the washlet hose screws onto this adapter. Make sure it's as tight as you can get it by hand or you might see a slight leak. That's it, pretty easy to do.

Worked perfectly
Needed to get an adapter to use a in line ion filter with a Toto 550e washlet. Fitted a BidetKing Ion filter using this adapter easy fitment.

Required part for small toilets and using a different connection setup for Toto Washlets.
Exactly what I needed to install my Toto washlet for a US hookup. This adapter converts the special Toto inlet plastic with gasket connector to a standard 1/2 connection which can be easily adapted into various plumbing scenarios. For my particular case, I couldn’t really use the included T connector as my toilet a really small form factor which makes it impossible even with the extenders to connect to the toilet fill water inlet. I ended up finding another T connector that was a GenieBidet 3/4, 3/4, 1/2 which attaches to the water out of the wall -> into this adapter -> (Toto connector & Toilet water line ) = no leaks and happy tushy 😊.

Toto should include this secret part with every bidet sold.
Works like a charm if you know to get one. Can’t connect the water line without this or something just like it. Proprietary connection at the hose end. They also sell it with a valve attached # thp 468. It’s a normal brass master 1/4 turn valve with this part included. If you have an existing valve with the right threads this part is all you need.

Great for filters
A need converter adapter (washlet hose 1/2" adapter) if connecting a toto washlet to a water filter to prolong the life of the washlet.

Toto S350E washlet filter adapter
For anyone on the same boat as me: I can confirm that this does work for installing those water filters onto the Toto S350E washlet. Defiantly helps with extending the life of your washlet - So I'm sure it'll pay for itself over time.

Get your fittings before install
Works well. Should include fittings for install..ie lots of skirted toilets..no access to water connection to toilet so need install off water supply. Once purchased and installed…good.

If you are using this with a Toto bidet, think twice.
I purchased this with the assumption that it would work flawlessly with a Toto bidet. However, when it arrived, even using the half inch adapter, the water supply line to the bidet would not fit properly. It would thread but clearly was not the correct half inch adaptor to provide a water tight connection. Reading other reviews further down you’ll see that many other people have had the same problem. I’ve had customer support by email, but have had no response with a solution. I’m hoping Amazon will help me with this unfortunate purchase.
