Gets stuck amongst wires and air vents. Make sure your floors are free of dust balls. When it runs into one, hair and dust gets tangled in its tires and can slow it down or even stop it. Toy will also fall down stairs if nothing is blocking them. I wish it stayed on longer than 2 mins before going into sleep mode. I have 4 cats. They're all curious, but just watching it - some longer than others. None have interacted w it, so every 2 mins, I've had to get it moving again. On the outside of the box it says to tap it anywhere to get it moving again. I had to tap it pretty hard, but discoverrd it will also wake up if pushed slightly.
