7/19/26 Firstly, this is the review of someone with suspected SIBO. I just started taking these a few days ago, so I will update in a few weeks, but my initial inclination is to think that these potent pills may be the cure I have been needing. Scenario: I have had IBS-c for 10 years, brought on my the extreme stress of my first husband leaving me with a three year old. I self diagnosed and self medicated with OTC pills for five years until my body rejected all stimulants. At that time I was remarried and able to get an actual diagnosis and real care. I have been stable for five years on a medium dose of linzess and 800mg magnesium glycinate. Last fall, under a lot of stress, my gut became recalcitrant, and then I had a lot of new symptoms I had not experienced before - gas, bloating, gut pain, and as time went on, spells of faintness, lightheadedness, and some tingling in my hand and arm. I went to the doctor and got blood work. Everything was relatively normal, though my D3 and B12 were lowish. My doctor ordered an abdominal CT scan, a colonoscopy, a SIBO breath test, and referred me to neurology. Well it has been 8 months and my breath test is still a month and a half away. Abdominal CT was normal. Colonoscopy was normal. But the intestinal symptoms have not gone away and my stool became floaty, fluffy and even occasionally bubbly. I also had increased neurological symptoms and obviously became quite anxious. I saw two different doctors and no one would prescribe antibiotics without the breath test. I did get labs which showed a decrease in all my vitamins and minerals since December. The doctors are no help. They don't know how to talk about alternatives to waiting for GI so I decided to take things into my own hands. I started sublingual B12 for the neuropathy and within three days those issues were much improved. I also started liquid A,D,E,K supplements. I then did a bunch of research on how to naturally kill SIBO and decided to go with oil of oregano, in emulsified form. I started taking this three days ago. Nowhere could I get a consensus on dosage for SIBO. There were articles and forums that specified anything from 200-600mg per day. I decided to start with 200, which means 4 of these per day. I take them at each meal and then right before bed. I do not experience any gastric effects of taking them, even on a mostly empty stomach at bedtime.I found the taste to be fine! It is strong, but mostly the smell is strong, rather than the taste. I cook a lot and grow and use herbs, so it doesn't bother me. I wish it was coated because that would help it be easier to swallow, but the shape and size are pretty good, and I don't struggle with it.Now, what you want to know. Is it working?! Well, after two full days of taking them my stool was more solid, and part of it was sinking rather than floating. Third day all of it sank. I take this as an indication that it is having an effect on the bacteria that were eating all my nutrients and making me so unwell. Four days ago my stool had lots of undigested food. Today I didn't see any. It is early days but so far I think this is really having an effect. I will update after seeing a nutritionist and going through the regimen for four weeks.

I was introduced to this product by my naturopath, and it's always in my cupboard now. I tend to get a couple sinus infections a year, and these pills will clear it up in a week with no need for antibiotics. I've tried other cheaper oregano pills and almost immediately have stomach problems. These pills do the opposite and actually improve my digestion. I also take them when I have a cold or flu to ward off any secondary infections. Definitely worth the price to me!

Been suffering with IBS symptoms and this has helped tremendously with constitution and reducing my symptoms. Highly recommend.

Oregano is extreme medicinal. Love the Biotics brand. Helped me recover when I had the flu. Will buy again to have on hand B4 I get sick.
