Armitron Sport Women's Digital Chronograph Resin Strap Watch

I bought this watch for my preteen daughter, and she absolutely loves it! The colors are fun without being too flashy, and it has a sporty look that she was excited to wear right away. The watch is comfortable, easy for her to put on by herself, and the display is clear and easy to read. She especially likes the backlight and thinks all the different features make it feel like a "grown-up" watch, which it is! It's just not as big and bulky as the ones I usually wear. It's held up well to everyday wear, and I appreciate that it's water resistant since kids don't always remember to take their watches off around water. If you're looking for a durable, functional watch for a tween or young teen, this is a great option. It has everything they need without being overly complicated, and most importantly, she genuinely enjoys wearing it.

Good deal! Price is right. The push glow feature to read the time in the dark is perfect. Not to bright. Not to dim. Just perfect. Goldilocks! It's the reason I buy it. It's waterproof. That the third most important reason. No worries by river, ocean, rain, shower, dishwasher, hot tub, swimming. The band has a very clever way of holding to tip in place. I appreciate the the most when I wear my sleep moniter watch with a band that always comesoose a d flops around. Besides that the moniter watch is too bright for sleepy eyes, so I have this watch handy to read the time by the glow light. Also much better, during dark, than checking time on the cell phone which is either too small in one mode or too bright in the other. Finally, #5, color choices are fun. My first one, years ago was purple. A joy for quite awhile, but eventually the clear bright color slowly fogged. After several years of wear, one of the straps wore out, so it became the always reliable source of time when ever I was in my car without any other timepiece available. It remains there permanently. Only requiring adjustment for Daylight Savings time. At this moment I am wearing the navy blue with accents in turquoise. It goes well with my turquoise stone ring and my jacket of similar tone. I am ordering the black one now. It will not only give me a other of these affordable glow watches for another location, but I will have the option of either having one for the other part of Daylight Savings time, or my friends time in another time zone, or else just have the directions with it to change anytime I want, since without the instructions getting help changing the time can be challenging.

Update: I did end up ordering another copy of this, and expected to get another color, but it's hard to beat this light pink shade for versatility. Without being too peachy like many supposedly pink items are, it isn't actually that obviously pink looking either - it's a good neutral that goes with anything. I like that it's subtle enough that you can wear it to work without it looking like you just came from the gym (even if you did). Original: I haven't worn a watch in years, but decided to get one to stay on track with schedule and reduce dependency on my phone. Number size was my top priority (can't see small things very well), but I also didn't want a huge face that would feel hot on my wrist. This watch has the ideal combination of readability and convenient sizing. It isn't super bulky or too small and delicate, as women's watches tend to be. It has useful features, including a stopwatch, alarm and the option to set up an alternative time display for another location. I've never owned a watch that did that, but it is super convenient for travel or if you have family in another part of the world. It's very comfortable to wear and the quality is amazing, particularly considering the low price. It would also make a nice gift, and comes in several colors. I will probably buy at least one more.

I love this watch. I wanted a non smart watch that told me the time and the date. This watch is it. I got it used (open box) for $15. I wear it to work in a dental lab and it holds up well. I like the look of it and it is very easy to read. The band is comfortable. I do have to take it off at night otherwise I get a contact rash (this has happened with all of my watches). I haven’t had any issues at all except for the band becoming stained easily. I mean, it is white so it’s to be expected, but I didn’t think it would happen so quickly. All in all a good purchase I hope to enjoy for a while.

I read list of reviews to try to find a watch that was approved specifically for snorkeling and decided on this one. We'll, it worked great. I went snorkeling for hours on a recent vacation and this watch was perfect. I'm sure glad I brought the included instructions on how to change the date and time (since I was half way around the world) because that is definitely not intuitively obvious. It's not my everyday watch but, for the price, it was a great purchase for swimming/snorkeling.

I purchased this watch in September, 2021, and I have had zero issues with it. I am now writing a review as the watch-band finally broke today. The watch has been amazing. I never needed to replace a battery. It has been in soapy water most days, and just water in general; it has been bumped around a few times. It has been perfect. I mysteriously had it set up (I am not aware of how), so that it beeped, at an extremely low volume, every hour, on the hour. I loved that. I could buy another more expensive watch, but nah, I have another one of these precise ones in my Amazon cart as I write this.

Second time buying this watch. The first one lasted 22 months before the battery died. The 1st watch came with directions, the second one did not. It is still difficult to set even with directions. It came preset. That being said it works well enough. I swim laps 3-4 hours a week. 3.5 stars.

I have looked at so many watches and the numbers are not the easiest to read when running and kayaking. This one is perfect and it's not a bulky watch. I hope it lasts at least a year.
