Im liking these vitamins. Just been taking for a short time, but I feel more energetic. Im also waking up feeling refreshed in the morning. I like the fact that you only have to take one a day. They are not too big and easy to swallow. These may become my new go to vitamins.

2016 Review:Phenomenal! I suggest two daily capsules per 100 pounds of bodyweight. It's cheap in comparison to other brands but the quality is good, and in my opinion, this is the best bang-for-your-buck whole food multivitamin on the market. I personally prefer the one with iron versus the one without iron-- It's only 1 dollar more and you are getting quality iron. Regardless, all of the minerals in this multi are chelates, so there is a lesser risk of toxicity when taking greater amounts of it, and the body can better metabolize it. The only multi that comes close is the Naturelo Men's whole food multivitamin, but the price is more than double per serving.I have compared on a spreadsheet the contents of this multivitamin to that of the Youngevity products and this is what I found that is lacking.-The vitamin C is low-The B vitamin are low-No Strontium-No Amino acids-No Phosphorus-No Vanadium-No BoronOther than that, this product it great. I am a believer in Dr. Joel Wallach's research, but his stuff is expensive, so I use alternatives to get in all of my nutrients. My alternative supplement plan costs $75 per month versus the Youngevity $100. Not because Dr. Wallach’s research is bad, but because it may not be necessary to over supplement if you don’t have a chronic illness. I now take the multi without iron because it has been shown that supplementing B vitamins and Vitamin D3 reverse anemia, rather than direct iron supplementation. Same with the calcium— vitamin D3 and K2 supplementation can help with low calcium rather than direct calcium supplementation. My diet is rotated seasonally, like what Dr. John Douillard recommends. During the winter I try to eat more Atkins or Keto, and every other season I try to eat at least 30g of fiber per day. Due to seasons of higher and lower protein consumption, I don’t supplement with amino acids anymore either. I now prioritize 3 supplements:1.) Paradise Herbs Multivitamin (1-2 per 100lbs)2.) Zenwise Vegan Omega-3, 120 ct (2-6 softgels per 100 lbs)3.) Micronutrients Vitamin D3 + K2 (1 during warm seasons; 2 during cool seasons; up to 6 during an infection of any kind)
