I can give an honest review as I had it for a year now, it's a cheap espresso machine that makes really good coffee. Give it 15 seconds for a single shot or 30 seconds for double and I have had no issues with mine. get an espresso puck (51MM) to keep the water nozzles clean. I do have to take out the rubber insert on the portafilter and use steel wool to clean the old coffee stains under it. no big deal, use distilled water or have a really good RO system. Don't ever use just TAP water. I believe most problems on the 1-star review for this is poor water quality ruins the machine.

I love this little work horse. I am new to the espresso game, but this is a good starter machine. The complaints I saw in the reviews are easily overcome with simple common sense and some googling. The steamed milk gets plenty hot enough it you give it the right amount of time, you get a good head of foam if you take the time to learn the correct technique, and I haven’t had any issues with getting a good flavorful cup of espresso. I did take the time to make sure I had all the appropriate accessories, A good tamp, a distribution tool, and a puck screen to keep my machine cleaner. These have made for a nice smooth latte every time. My home drinks are nicer than anything I ever got a coffee shack, and I am in MT where coffee shack are on every corner and we know coffee.

Save your money! Don't make the same mistake I did. This product is a cheap toy that doesn't work. It shouldn't be sold on any site, as it doesn't work as advertised. This is the worst "espresso maker" ever created. It leaks, rusted after 3 attempted uses, doesn't make hot coffee and the steamer is a joke!! You have been warned... SAVE YOUR $$$$$

Size-wise it was exactly what I was looking for. I also liked the fact that it came with the froth cup, however, it's very noise when making the coffee. It woke my husband up when I made a cup late a night. Also, the coffee itself just wasn't very hot. I ended up returning it for those reasons

Garbage product. Steamer never worked from the beginning. Made espresso shots for 6 months and now won’t turn on. Get a Delonghi machine. They last 10 years.

This espresso machine is really great! Easy function and cleaning. Steamer is fast and makes a rich thick foam.

I liked the ease of operation and good expresso. It also has single shot, double shot and pod adapters.It is slim and does not take up much counter space.

Bonne machine a café simple a utilisé un bon qualité prix …seul bémol est un peu bruyant mais ne dérange pas.
