The product was packaged well and didn't use an inordinate amount of packaging (this has been bothering me more and more lately now that I shop online). The components all seem to be high-quality and it installed very smoothly without any leaks. The instructions were good.This is my first time trying one of these. I tried installing an under-seat bidet attachment on the same toilet for for whatever reason, I could never get it to install without leaking. I was hesitant to order this online, fearing the same result, but it doesn't leak at all. I compared several similar items that were higher-priced and this seems to have the same components but at a better price. It took about ten minutes to install and works great. Like other reviewers have mentioned, it has a lot of stored pressure when you first turn it on, so it would be a good idea to squirt it into the tub first before using. After the initial blast, you can adjust the pressure however you like.
