When I opened the top, there was fuzzy black stuff in the lid. There were also little black particles in the actual gel. I don't think this is how it should be and it looks unhygienic, so I'll be sending it back.

Ich benutze sie ausschließlich für meine Ledertaschen, wenn es aussieht als bräuchten sie etwas Pflege, damit sich das Leder wieder gut anfühlt und geschmeidig wird. Zum Auftrag nehme ich immer ein weiches Tuch, entnehme damit eine kleine Menge und reibe es in kreisenden Bewegungen ins Leder ein. Nachdem das Produkt eingezogen ist reibe ich noch einmal mit einem trockenen Tuch drüber, dann ist die Tasche wieder wie neu!

長年、トレッキングシューズにはゴアテックスの物を使ってきましたが、間違って普通の物を買ってしまい、朝露の付いた草地を歩く事もあるのでどうしたものかと思っている時に目に付いたのがコレ。ヌバック革のシューズ用として、大きなポンプ入りもあるようですが、たまに使うレベルなので十分だと思い購入。 白いトロリとしたジェルがタップリ入っています、粘度が低くて、いわゆる靴墨や保護クリームとは違い容器を傾けると流れ出します。蓋が緩くて心配になりましたが、幸い漏れはありませんでした。 使い古しの歯ブラシ等で塗るだけですが、匂いもキツくないので手塗りも問題ありません。 蝋成分ではなくテフロン系の成分なので耐久性の面でどうか分かりませんが、使ってみます。

I like to take care of quality leather products so purchased the gel as a protector for some suede boots - I don't trust sprays to do the job. I wiped the boots with a damp cloth to remove any dust & dirt & then applied the gel, which has the texture of a light cream, with a small sponge. Go sparingly, it would be easy to over-apply. I was a bit nervous about the nap of the suede disappearing as I applied the gel but trusted the instructions & left the boots to dry, probably for a couple of hours. I then used a suede brush in a circular motion, the nap reappeared (phew!) & the leather felt soft & protected without any visible residue. I have been out in the rain since & the boots repelled the water - yay! I have also tried the gel on normal leather & it left it soft with a nice sheen. This product may have been expensive but the results are exactly what you want & a little goes such a long way it's going to last for ages.

Esta crema sirve para todo tipo de calzado tanto para botas de cualquier tipo de cuero o zapatos igualmente. Una buena marca.

I bought this gel for my mulberry bag as this is the recommended brand to use and it's worked a treat! Has made it feel nice and nourished and completely waterproofed it. I wanted to try it because I wear dark jeans and i'm getting some dye transfer on to my bag, since using this gel it has been a lot easier to clean dye off it because it's working like a barrier to stop it getting engrained on the leather. It hasn't changed the colour at all either or made it too shiny! Highly recommend this product and at a great price here with speedy delivery!
