First of all, this case is gorgeous. The pink is so shiny it's practically metallic and the black cushion edges are a soft-matte that looks sleek in person. On top of being beautiful, this is a very sturdy product. I'm pretty careful with my devices but we all drop our phones now and again. I have no doubts that when I do drop my phone it'll stay protected in this case. There's a solid weight to it - though it's not heavy in-hand - and the black edges are almost rubberized so that it would probably bounce if dropped. It was really easy to slide my phone (LG K20 Plus) into AND out of, which is important to me. I often struggle getting my phone back out of a case once it's in there but this one didn't pose any problem. If I ever decide to buy a second case I'll be purchasing from here again.

The up/down volume buttons on this case are NOT independent.They are both, up and down, connected inside this case.Pressing either will usually cause both the up and down functional buttons on theLG K20 to be activated at the same time!This can cause the sound from the phone to be completely cut off OR completely full blast!!Dreadful and dangerous for headphones!If you play with the buttons on this case long enough you may reach a compromisingvolume. After your eardrums have been completely blown out!NOT RECCOMENDED.

This case fit phone perfectly, its still being used and I purchased about a year ago. No questions on the durability. The lip around the edges assist you to reduce screen crack when dropped as the lip overlaps screen by the perfect amount. Only bad is the plastic backing has lost color on the edges (from extensive use in outdoor working conditions) but that's not the important part of having a case to give you a piece of mind!

It is good quality, has a rubberized feel to the colored portion. Has protected my phone in fall from fridge. All great, except picture looks pale pink and it is coppery for the rose gold. I am using but not as pretty as I had hoped. Is easy to see how the metallic color photographed poorly, but still, one star for color.

I'm so ANNOYED I bought this case to protect my phone (duh) I put this thing on and it drops a couple times on the sides and back and my phone is completely fine but there is ZERO protection on the screen so the one time my phone falls face flat on the floor it spiderwebs my screen! Very dissatisfied. 0/0 stars

Generally a good case. Fits snugly. Pretty much a perfect fit. One issue: the backing is metallic-like and provides no grip so it's harder to hold with one hand and text. Slips through your hands easily. I also use a magnetic holder and the Magnetic piece behind the case hold well.

Wouldn't recommend a pop socket with this. I used this case for a year and it wasn't super great. My pop sockets and other things similar to it just wouldn't stick. The paint also started to chip off. It's okay for short term but if you drop your phone a lot I wouldn't really recommend it.

The case was easy and snapped right into place. The side button covers fit perfectly and I dont have to press down hard when doing a screenshot. The cell phone store sold a similar one for 3x the amount and without the selection of colors. Perfect for an inexpensive case.
