Will an acoustic electric work on both inputs or only acoustic? If only acoustic how well does it sound without the extra tone controls?

Yes, it does. One input provides distortion (dirt). The other is the reverb channel.

Can you plug in eny electrical guitar plus's bass

It has standard input Jack's so it should take both. One of the inputs is geared for vocals so it doesn't have the same effects but it should work for both simultaneously.

The power cable is usb. Dies not come with a guitar cord .

Would this work as a practice/learner amp for a ubass?

I think a bass would blow the speaker although it’s hard to say i only use mine at a very moderate level . If you don’t intend to sound really deep and loud it probably will work just fine.
