Love it for affordable protein + handy multivit.
OK, I know, old school and not the most health foody way to get protein but it's the cheapest, plus the equivalent of a good multi vitamin. I'm not trying to lose weight, I'm skinny now - I use whole milk and pack my SF smoothies with good stuff (unsweetened frozen fruit, lots of it, etc. helps cut the fake sugar sweetness) and it works for me. That's a good bit of whey and soy protein and it's smooth and nice to drink. Also was helpful when I needed to lose weight - I mixed it with almond or 2%. Other trendy protein powder are a massively overpriced ripoff IMHO.

Used the can replacements decades ago. Couldn't get the flavor I wanted but will make it work. Containers are smaller than I thought but look forward to them helping me lose weight by summer.

Love the vanilla kind. It's the best. With the big container of them it last us awhile. If you put some ice in it. Makes it so good.
