**Q: What is the height of the arms please? Need these to fit under the desk with the seat reasonably high**
A: The arms are adjustable as well as the chair itself with gas suspender. That makes it possible  to go low and fit under a desk.

**Q: I find that the chair is a bit low, I'm 5.9 foot, so not extremely tall. How can I make go up a bit?**
A: Hello.
If the highest position of the seat does not meet your needs, please find a gas cylinder on the Amazon with an adjustable height of 12 cm. Hopefully this will help you solve this problem.

**Q: I'm 6 foot 5, will this chair be comfortable and fit me?**

Thank you for your question. Our chairs are suitable for the vast majority of people and the seat cushions are very comfortable. Given your taller height, our chair seat height is approximately 55 cm max, you can judge this based on your usual customary sitting height or find a higher gas lift on the market to replace. **Q: Do you have a version of this chair with soft rubber wheels?**
A: Hi, our wheels on this chair are currently wrapped in a PU coated rubber that does not hurt the floor. If you require fully rubberized wheels, you can purchase additional rubber wheels with a pin diameter of 11mm. I hope this will help you.

This chair is really comfortable and has lots of adjustable features so can be set up exactly as you want. It's sturdy, easy to put together and great value for the price paid. Fairly new purchase so still getting used to it. I bought this primarily for lower back support to help me through my working day. The lateral back support is good but the lever length of travel is not enough for my needs so I am using a support cushion behind me for the shortfall - this is through no fault of the chair but my personal circumstances. The headrest is useful and overall the chair is a lot quieter than my last one.
