I never knew these existed until an AI clued me in, for helping with my repeatedly injured travelers elbow (too much twisting when hefting 2-wheeled suitcases). They provide a paper insert describing how to do the Tyler Twist exercise, but you can search for the many variations of exercise possible with these bars. Properly stabilized you will feel it affecting the targeted area, but the elastic nature of the rubber means you can ease off or increase pressure very easily, which helps prevent re-straining the injured arm. I picked this 2-pack because the pricing was better than buying two individually. It skips the lightest model (which would be minimally useful even when my elbow was freshly injured) and the heaviest model (which would be too much for injury rehabilitation)- I think these 2 are the most useful of the 4 strengths they make. Does it help? Definitely more than any other forearm or wrist-based exercise I've done. These seem to be natural rubber, with its easy spring-back and lack of toxicity. No smell or anything on my hands after using them. Recommended.

I got the red and green bands for physical therapy. My doctor instructed me to get red, but I also got green. I lift weights, but am not that strong, but still, as suspected, the red band did not provide enough stiffness for my recovery. Having used the band and with other physical therapy exercises I looked up online regularly, I am doing much better and the green band is getting too easy, so I may be close to 1000% now. If you have any of the injuries for whioh this band is supposed to help you recover, then it is worth while to het it and use it. Maybe just get more than one color (stiffness) to make sure you have one that is stiff enough to help you.

These work really well and provide great therapeutic value. I will keep them for use in the future while watching TV to continue to strengthen my wrist and forearms. Everything I expected and more.

My elbow pain has been manageable while using these bars to strengthen my forearm tendons and muscles ✅ I also like how you can flex the bands rang of motion to make shapes.. the red band is easy, green is medium and blue is hard. They also go up in weight with the blue weighing the most. ✅ the material is rubber . I also appreciate the lines in the bar for gripping when twisting them

I came across the THERABAND online in a video. A physical therapist used it in its clinic for treating tennis/golfers arm. Since i’m a golfer an feel my (golfers) arm most of the time, i wanted to do something about it. I have used this almost every day and it absolutely works for me, and it makes my muscles stronger. I ordered the Theraband duo package because i wanted to feel the difference in colour. Each colour is a difference in weight and resistance. Super nice because that way you can train on different levels and range of motion. The material is a very durable kind of foamrubber that feels very nice in hand. I would seriously give this a try if you are having signs of tennis/golfers arm!

A.I. research into tennis elbow relief led me to this product. I'm a bit surprised how effective doing the "Tyler Twist" exercise actually is. I believe daily commitment to the exercise is a long term solution for ending this problem. I asked A.I. if I could get away with the cheaper options and it advised against it. These are the real deal, medical grade therapy tools. The quality of material is obvious and I'm too old to buy cheap crap now. Thinking I should have bought the full set.
