Great for the forehead when you have a migraine.
I love these! They are a literal life saver when I have migraines that try to get worse. I love that they're small enough to fit on your forehead or right in front of your ear. I have trigeminal neuralgia and when the nerves fire up on the side of my face these work wonders at confusing the nerve pain signals. They're also really great for the muscle knots at the base of my neck.

It works well with pain it may cause some itchiness if u r allergic to adhesive otherwise bearable
