Strong enough to take a hit
This box has already saved me a great Deal! It is comfortable and will take a baseball on a short hop head on (no pun intended). Worth spending the money on as it will give you confidence in its ability to take a hit. Can be snug for some men though as quite narrow at the bottom.

LG fits most guys.
Its surprisingly comfertable for a cup. Has some ventalation, buit to withstand some serious blows, washable and fits as expected. I would say that I'm average and theres lots of room in there.

Took a clapper to the boys in a game last night and this thing saved the next generation! Comfy to wear and it's tough. I was still rattled and it didn't completely eliminate discomfort from the impact, but it made it easy to shake of and stay in the game.
