This is a cheap and useful item. Just be careful not to apply more than 28 volts to it.

Very accurate when used properly.

Likes: neat design and applicability in one's own projects thus cutting down the the effort for designing one's own version.Dislikes: no connection schematics is supplied making it diffucult to use. And, also the unit price could be lowered by packaging a larger quantity.

Instructioncs could be a lot better. The two thick wires are used to measure the current, the thin wires are red - power to the meter, yellow - measure the voltage at the test point, black - return for power to meter, not needed if using same supply to device and meter.The meter is reasonably accurate and was ideal for the intended use.Price point is great for indicating voltage and current..

One did not read any current the other was very inaccurate (approx 100ma out reading when reading around 300 ma) returned both.As others have mentioned fitting lugs don't work well as they cannot move back into meter body, instructions are poor on leaflet supplied, I used instructions on Amazon page, there are adjustment points on back of meter but no mention of these in the instructions.

The voltmeter works fine, but the provided shunt is not the good value, so that the read current is 5x less than the actual current. i.e. A current of 10 A is read as 2.00 A.So to have an accurate current reading, you will need to buy two replacement shunts rated 7.5 mohm, or 75 mV / 10 A (as currenty rated on chinese websites)EDIT: Later tests indicate that it is not at all abe to read voltage up to 100 V. It goes up to max 32 V, and at around 40 V, it blows up. I'm referring to the measured voltage, and not the power supply.Unfortunately, I cannot send them back, it's too late, but DO NOT BUY, they do NOT meet the announced characteristics ! This is not the first problem I have with the seller "diymore" and I wil avoid him in the future.EDIT2: Several months later, the seller proposed spontaneously a full refund, which I accepted. I therefore changed my review from 1 star to 4 star, because this shows that the seller really does his best to satisfy his customers 👍👍👍

Para añadir a una fuente de alimentación buena lectura de la tensión y corriente de consumo. un poco lioso las conexiones, aconsejo poner una alimentación separada de la de lectura de aparato.
