Good effective product. Recommended by my NP!
These vitamins are unusual looking but seem to be helping my overall nutrition. I’ve been able to stop taking any other Vitamin B and D supplements and my levels are back within normal ranges. Was concerned they might have a fishy taste, but they don’t. There is a slight aroma, but no fishy taste or aftertaste.

Good & effective
Good, fast and effective, this multivitamin hits all necessary points for support after age 50. I like its minty taste and ease of absorption. I have tried taking it in the morning or at night and both times work for me. No after-taste, no burbs or any stomach discomfort. Recommended!

The Best
These are the best I tried many different once but these make me feel well overall, energetic and focused. I did not take them for a week because i ran out (forgot to reorder) and felt the difference, tired, low energy and slugish. Once I started taking the vitamins I felt energized. They are costly but nothing else will do for me.

Easy to swallow
I really like these vitamin a lot. I had stopped taking multivitamins because the made me nauseous. My daughter recommended this brand, and I feel great. They are easy to swallow, they don't have an odor. I feel like I have more energy, and they aren't expensive.

Disgusting
This is the worst multi-vitamin I have ever taken. (I'm 55 so I've taken a lot of multi-vitamins!) I took 2 pills 4 hours ago & I'm still burping a fish oil taste. Disgusting! I don't have problems digesting vitamins so this was a big surprise. Too bad I can't get my $40 back.

The Dead-Fish Burps are REAL!!
I believe the vitamins may be of good quality (I am not a scientist though) but I don’t get nauseous even on an empty stomach. What everyone is saying about burping up dead fish taste is REAL. I don’t even like seafood, so it is especially disgusting. The “minty” taste is only when you initially swallow the capsules, but an hour later when you start burping there is zero mint. I try to eat a partial meal then take them then continue eating the rest of my meal, hoping it will help. I think it does, sometimes. I am going to go back to my other multi-vitamins. I am sure the fish oil is good for you, I just don’t want to have to taste it or KEEP tasting it all day long!

Good vitamins but give me heartburn
I like these overall and signed up for the monthly subscription, but the spicy peppermint smell and flavor gives me heartburn.

So far, so good - on to bottle 2
I start my second bottle of the Ritual Vitamins tomorrow morning. So far so good and I love the addition of mint, no vitamin after taste.
