I discovered with these cups when I had massage. It should be 90 min massage and she asked me if I was familiar with cupping therapy. And I answered no, but that I was open to try.Wow!!! I must say. It was so painful initially, but so relieved after trying. I felt no pain and I have to confess that is so much better then have a real massage by hands.I've tried all kinds of massage and treatments that you can find out: bamboo therapy, shiatsu, deep tissue, accunpunture, hot stone, heiki, chiropractic etc.And the cups worked well for me.I suffer with low back pain for years. I had all kinds of exams to try to find out why. Different specialists, medicine for pain, but nothing seemed to work.As you know, schedule a massage is really expensive and do it often, sometimes you can't afford the treatment and it's frustrating.So, discovering these cups was a huge relief for my pain and for my wallet.The suction is awesome. However, don't use it if you are going to the beach or expose parts of your body, just because your skin is gonna have red round marks. But only because of that.

I did my homework on these! Checking them out! They have worked wonderful for my daughter-in-law, who just had a baby to get her water retention out of her face and legs. I love them for the fact people are now asking me what I did… to look sooo young. I’m 50 years old and look more like 40 after learning how to soft cup.

These are hard to press down for suction so I had to just press inward. I had read that they were hard but I didn’t think it would be a problem. They are hard to use unless I have someone else help. The quality is good though. The smaller sizes aren’t as difficult to press but they don’t cover a lot of area.

Great product and super easy to use. I have been using plastic cups for my massage clients for years, so these were a great addition to my cupping practice. I love the small ones for facial massage, and the silicone flexibility of the larger ones is great for larger areas or even around the knees. I even accidentally washed a couple on extra hot with massage sheets and there was zero damage to both the cups and the washer. Very well made.

Bought another set for my husband, he was jealous I was getting "fixed"!! I am broken. Started going to acupuncture and getting glass cupping there. Was awesome and works! Lady there suggested I get silicone cups to do at home because I have areas glass cups don't suction to, from shoulder to fingertips. I have carpal, numbness, tendonitis, trigger finger, golfers elbow..et al...the small cups allow me to hit those areas and glide around. Can do around thumbs where I've lost my grip, what a relief!! These do really well in shower with soap as well. Normally use lotion. Can walk around and even cook dinner with these on! LOVE THEM!!

I'm ending physiotherapy with dry needling . I purchased the cups to create a similar effect. They are a little hard for old hands to squeeze enough to create the needed suction and sometimes the cups fall off. After several tries I can apply them. They are what I expected after reading other reviews.

As an acupuncturist Who is accustomed to the tremendous suction of fire cupping (using traditional glass cups), I was unsure if this silicone option would be thick enough for “walking”/moving cups while suctioned.I was impressed by the thickness, ease of use and suction power of these. They will not replace my glass cups in regular practice but are fantastic for travel. Were delivered very quickly after ordering. Nice!
