Gentle Yet Effective Cleanser for Oily Skin
I recently started using Cetaphil Oily Skin Cleanser (473 ml) as my daily face wash, and overall it’s been a really positive experience. This cleanser feels very gentle on the skin — no harsh stripping or tightness after washing, which is something I struggled with using stronger acne‑cleansing products. It helps remove excess oil and grime without irritating my face, and it doesn’t leave a sticky or filmy residue. I’ve definitely noticed my T‑zone stays less shiny throughout the day, and my skin feels balanced rather than dry. Nice cleanser. Doesn't dry out my skin Pleasant scent. My skin has improved since using I have less spots. Good value. This big bottle lasted me about 6 months.

I love this skin cleanser. It goes on easily and smoothly and you don't need to rinse every bit off. Skin doesn't feel taut after use, as often happens with other cleansers.

Great at sorting out an oily t zone
I was recommended this by a dermatologist. I'm 43 and perimenopausal, I've been having trouble for a good 5 years now with makeup sliding off my face, generally an oily tzone. This has completely sorted it out. I think it is a little drying around the eyes so I've added in a better eye cream but overall, lovely and my makeup looks so much better.

Drying and highly scented
I'm not sure how I feel about this item. It really leaves me skin feeling clean, but it also leaves it feeling extremely tight and dry. It's not improved my acne at all, and also it's extremely highly scented, which I was not expecting off a dermatologist recommended item "for sensitive skin".
